Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for return once opened or used:

  • Flavor Pods/Filters: For safety and hygiene reasons, flavor pods/filters cannot be returned if the seal or packaging has been broken.

  • Items missing their original packaging.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
